Our Story of Leadership and Legacy​

Greetings, 

Hi, my name is Dr. Carolyn J. Leigh, a published author (How To Be An Effective Teacher in the Public School God’s Way), and the CEO and Founder of Wisdom Leadership Global Academy Corp. I am thrilled to share my passion for leadership with the world. From a young age, I wanted to become a wise and effective leader who could add value to people’s lives and bring about positive change in our world. Whether it was discussing family matters or community issues, I always felt that I had solutions to the problems at hand.

My passion for leadership is fueled by my belief that influential leaders are born, and I align my belief with Jeremiah 1:5, which states, “In my mother’s womb, you called me to be a prophet to the nation.” This passage of Scripture is my gateway to being qualified to teach others the authenticity of leadership.

I strive to embody, embrace, and exemplify leadership characteristics in my daily life by employing the nine fruits of the Spirit, according to Galatians 5:22-23. My motto is “A wise leader leaves a footprint for others to follow.” I was fortunate to have the opportunity to lead and execute an organization called C-FIRE (Christian Fundamental Internal Revenue Employees) as its President for two terms while working as a former federal employee. In 2012, I was elected as the first black female Chapter President of our local union, where I served for six years.

I am also the Founder of Voice Of Thunder Ministry, Inc. and PACC (Positive Attitude Christian Center) for youth. I have acquired the knowledge and training that have equipped and qualified me as a bona fide teacher of leadership. In 2018, I received my Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University, Nashville, TN, and the same year, I was ordained as an Apostle General. I am thrilled to add to my credentials that I am a member of The John Maxwell Team. Becoming a part of the John Maxwell team has been a long-awaited dream come true, as I can now sit under the tutelage of world-renowned expert John Maxwell.

I am excited to utilize my God-given grace to impart essential tools to every student required to be a wise, effective, successful leader in our world.
